Jennifer

Senior Event Producer + Communications Strategist

Atlanta

For more than 20 years, Jennifer has served faith-driven organizations through a focus on communications, creative assets and comprehensive event management. With strong organizational skills, an eye for design and a love for live events, Jennifer serves as Guardian’s senior event producer, leads communications work for Desiring God, and influences the continuity-planning for several ministries and leaders. Her experience in comprehensive event management allows clients to reach their goals and strive for brand consistency through all types of events—whether a conference sponsorship, volunteer-appreciation meeting, weekend donor retreat or video shoot capturing personal impact stories.

After graduating from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, with a degree in journalism and mass communication, she began her career at DeMoss, where she spent 17 years coordinating creative projects, focusing on quality control and leading the production department. For 12 years, Jennifer coordinated logistics for events related to Operation Christmas Child, from airlifts at international airports and programs in warehouses across the country to a “blitz” of people dressed as life-size shoebox gifts while walking through Manhattan. She managed the media center for the World Summit in Defense of Persecuted Christians in Washington, D.C. (hosted by the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association), overseeing media-resource dissemination, on-site credential registration, and interview scheduling for 20 leaders, advocates and persecuted Christians. Jennifer was also heavily involved in the planning and execution of legacy projects for Billy Graham and Truett Cathy, as well as assisting with legacy work for Bill Bright, Chuck Colson and Larry Burkett. She is an active volunteer with the Passion City Church production team and has served alongside the event team at multiple Passion Conferences and Passion Camps.
