Globally, employees now have more influence over your brand than celebrities, bloggers and corporate executives. You need to pay attention to them.

Armed with a cell phone and social media account, every employee is now a reporter, wielding power and influence over your brand and its reputation. Fortunately, most employees want to do good, but communicating with them, caring for them and training them makes the difference between having an army of brand advocates or facing a wave of adversaries.
